The Accent XL can be used to treat loose, sagging skin in the following areas: the face, abdomen, thighs, chest and upper arms. It can also be used to improve and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Combine Accent XL with Lipodissolve injections to achieve optimal results.  Lipodissolve are injections designed to target specific fatty areas, commonly used on the thighs, and abdomen.  Lipodissolve is used for localized fat reduction and can significantly reduce the appearance of cellulite. AccentXL combined with a Lipodissolve treatment will reduce any discomfort caused by the injection and help soothe the area.

Patients tolerate Accent XL well, and have minimal to no discomfort. The treatments are like a very hot massage. The procedure takes 30 to 45 minutes for one area, and all normal activities can be resumed immediately after treatment. There may be some redness, which diminishes within a few hours. In most cases, 3 to 6 treatments at 2 to 4
