In your one hour initial medical consultation, Dr Karampahtsis would spend the time hearing your problem and understand your medical concerns as well as your goals. A physical exam might be performed if appropriate. At the same visit, a plan will be outlined of the appropriate or necessary lab testing such as blood, urine, saliva or hair that is recommended in order to aid in your treatment plan. Further testing such as ultrasound, MRI, X-Rays PET scan or other imaging might be ordered if deemed necessary.

Dr Karampahtsis will work side by side with your other physicians such as oncologist, primary care physician, specialist, dentist or he might refer you to a specialist to work together for a more comprehensive treatment plan.
